RazaPay Application / Website is developed by Alshifa Enterprises – RazaPay, a firm operated under Indian laws. This Policy describes how Alshifa Enterprises – RazaPay and its affiliates collect, store, use and process your Personal Information through razapay.in, login.razapay.in, RazaPay Application, m-site, chatbot, notifications or any other medium.
By downloading and using RazaPay, visiting our website, providing your information or availing our services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011, Aadhaar Act 2016.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect Personal Information which is relevant and absolutely necessary for providing services.
Personal and Sensitive Information includes:
– Personal details: name, contact details including residential address, date of birth, user photo, documents such as Aadhaar details / PAN / Voter ID / driving license, education details provided by you.
– PAN, KYC related information such as videos or other verification documents as mandated by regulatory authorities.
– Aadhaar information including Aadhaar number or Virtual ID for e-KYC authentication with UIDAI. Submission of Aadhaar is not mandatory, you can also use PAN.
– Images of documents / photos required to avail any of our products/services.
– OTP, Balance, transaction history, bank account details, wallet balance, service related communication.
– Your device details such as device identifier, internet bandwidth, mobile device model, browser plug-ins, cookies, IP address and location.
Information is collected at:
– Visiting RazaPay Platform
– Registering as user / retailer / distributor
– Transacting or attempting to transact on Platform
– Accessing links, e-mails, chat, feedback, notifications
– Applying for AEPS / BBPS / DMT services
2. CAMERA & SELFIE PERMISSION
Access to your mobile camera is required for many in-app functionalities including video KYC, scan & pay etc.
User Self Picture / selfie image is required for KYC and to display in Dashboard. This picture can be shared with Government Authorities and KYC Service Providers like NSDL, UTI, UIDAI as per Indian government compliance.
3. CONTACT LIST PERMISSION
We are using your contact list to show your stored contacts in app for easy recharge. We do not store / share your contact list to any other person/company.
4. LOCATION ACCESS
We are collecting information for Realtime location (GEO Location) which is required for Banking (Rural Banking – Banking BC) transactions such as Money Transfer Service, BBPS and AEPS Service which is governed by NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) and for getting daily visit report of Employee, Sales Team, FOS.
5. PURPOSE AND USE OF INFORMATION
RazaPay may process your Personal Information for:
– Creation of your account and verification of identity
– Provide you access to products and services
– To conduct KYC compliance as per regulatory bodies including UIDAI
– To validate, process and share your KYC information with intermediaries, Regulated Entities or financial institutions
– To process payments, communicate for queries, transactions
– Enhancing user experience, monitoring products, customization
– To carry credit checks, detect fraud, money laundering
– To inform about offers, products, services
– To resolve disputes, technical support
– To meet legal obligations
6. COOKIES
We use data collection devices such as cookies on certain pages to help analyse web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness. Cookies are small files placed on your device. You are free to decline/delete cookies, although you may not be able to use certain features.
7. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURES
Your Personal Information is shared as allowed under applicable laws. We may share with business partners, service providers, regulatory bodies, governmental authorities, financial institutions for:
– Enabling provision of products/services availed by you
– For Aadhaar authentication by submitting to CIDR and NSDL
– For complying with KYC requirements
– For completing payment transactions
– For fraud prevention and risk management
– For grievance redressal and if required by law
8. STORAGE AND RETENTION
We store Personal Information within India and retain it as per applicable laws. We are required to retain certain records for at least 10 years after closure of your account, which will include your personal data such as name, contact details, customer number and transaction history.
9. REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES
RazaPay has deployed technical and physical security measures. We are SSL Certified Service. Database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access is password protected. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login ID, password, OTP.
10. UNUSED BALANCE CLAUSE
Any Top-Up Payment / Advance Payment received from Retailers / Distributors to deposit in Retail Account, if not used for goods & services and he wants return, after one month of deposit, retailer needs to give refund request. Balance will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source.
11. YOUR CONSENT & CHOICE / OPT-OUT
By using RazaPay Platform you consent to processing of your Personal Information. You can opt-out of promotional communications and you can request access, review, rectification or deletion by writing to us.
12. POLICY CHANGES
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time to comply with government guidelines. We will post any changes on this page.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy is governed by laws of India and all disputes are subject to Allahabad High Court, Prayagraj Jurisdiction Only.
